On May 6th, Troop 70155 visited Fulper Dairy Farm in Lambertville NJ. There the girls learned about the care and feeding of dairy cows. They also learned how cow waste is recycled in various ways to help grow crops to feed the cows. They also saw the milking parlour and learned about the milking process.
The girls also got to play fun farm games and visit with the farm's calves. They rounded out the day by bottle feeding a 2 day old calf!
